I thought for sure the story would end with her being heartbroken. {Being in love with Love does seem a bit counterproductive.] I’m glad you ended on a hopeful note.

This was great to read, and I loved the concept of being in love with love, as so many of us are.

I too, really enjoyed the way you highlight the invisible barrier between the positive and negative’s that we see and feel about ourselves, ‘Too thin and it would show every bump and dimple she hated about herself. Too thick and it would hide every line and curve she loved.’

I loved the magically bit of golds falling and of course the happy ending.

There are so many great lines here, along with a great story. Love this: “Too high and it would make her look like a Halloween Catholic school girl. Too low and she’d look like an everyday Catholic school marm.” I never thought about what a fine line delineated the two, but it’s so true. I love writing that make me recognize things I might otherwise miss. You do that here and it’s a joy to read. Neil Gaiman … beware! ~ Olivia
